- analysis and implementation of IC processes while benchmarking it to Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission (COSO) frameworks;
- gap analysis of control activities based on a proprietary risk-based approach;
- assessment of effectiveness and efficiency of the existing IC processes to commend improvements to internal control designs at an optimal cost vs. benefit ratio while at the same time meeting mandated requirements;
